At Samfils Institute, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy explains how to request your money, return items, or exchange products, ensuring a smooth, transparent process.
Refund Eligibility and Returns
You may request a money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and select health or personal care items
To complete your return, provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial balance returned, including:
- Books or items showing obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (if not due to our error)
- Items returned after 30 days
We carefully inspect all returned items before approving any balance.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your balance. If approved, we will process the money reversal and automatically apply the credit to your original payment method within a few business days.

- Contact your bank if needed

Exchanges and Special Cases

Gift returns:
- If the item was a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return value
- If not marked as a gift, the money will be sent to the original purchaser
Sale items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.
